Technically, since Yoda's on the Council and Qui-gon isn't, this means we're both subordiante to Curtis now....
In the final analysis, Qui-gon is the Jedi who unlocked the secret of communing with the Force. So, in one sense, Qui-gon surpassed Master Yoda.Can't you just see Qui-gon smirking as he gave Yoda a little Force nudge and said, "I know something you don't know."
